Shuttle Services (Complimentary Shuttle Bus)  Airport Shuttle runs between the hours 4.15 a.m. to 12.35 a.m. seven days a week. Our Free shuttle to the Vancouver Airport runs on a pegged schedule it departs twice each hour.   Our shuttle service is free of charge for guests only. It can not wait for you, be near the front entrance of the hotel or Airport shuttle waiting area ready to board the bus.  We do not provide free taxi before or after hours.   Call us at 604-278-5155 and our front desk agents will advice you of our next bus. *Note: Shuttle from the hotel to the Airport in the afternoon should be arranged with front desk on day of request.

Welcome to Vancouver! Through the automated doors, you have finally reached the International Reception Lobby. To take a taxi to the hotel, you will need to exit the glass doors. Then you will see the Taxi stand right outside.   To take the complimentary shuttle, you will cross the street for Taxi stand. Then, you will see a white canopy where the shuttle bus will be picking up guests to different hotels. Our shuttle bus is white in color and has our hotel’s logo on it.   If you still have trouble finding the shuttle stand, please ask for assistance at the airport or call us directly at 604-278-5155.

Domestic Arrivals

Welcome to Vancouver! Follow the Canada Arrivals signs to Domestic Arrivals Level 2 in the Domestic Terminal, where the baggage claim carousels are located.  After claiming your luggage. To take a taxi to the hotel, you will need to exit the glass doors. Then you will see the Taxi stand right outside.   To get to our hotel shuttle bus, you will need to take the escalator to ground floor. You will need to exit the glass doors then you will see a green sign Shuttle written on it. Our shuttle bus is white in color and has our hotel’s logo on it.
