Free Airport Shuttle runs between the hours
4.15 a.m. to 12.35 a.m. seven days a
week.
Our Free shuttle to the
it departs twice each hour.
Our shuttle service is free of charge for guests only. It can not wait for you, be near
the front entrance of the hotel or Airport shuttle waiting area ready to board the bus.
We do not provide free after hours or
taxi’s.
We also have a direct phone at the domestic arrival number is 253 or call us at
604-278-5155 and our front desk agents will advice you of our
next bus.

International Arrivals
Welcome to
Through the automated doors, you will finally reach the International Reception Lobby.
You will see a tourist information center, foreign exchange and banking, and cruise ship information center.
To take a taxi to the hotel, you will need to exit the glass doors.
Then you will see the Taxi stand right outside.
To take the complimentary shuttle, you will cross the street for Taxi stand.
Then, you will see a white canopy where the shuttle bus will be picking up guests to different hotels.
Our shuttle bus is white in colour and has our hotel’s logo on it.
If you still have trouble finding the shuttle stand, please ask for assistance at the airport or call us directly at 604-278-5155.

Domestic Arrivals
Domestic Terminal is a different building from the International Terminal.
Follow the Canada Arrivals signs to Domestic Arrivals Level 2 in the Domestic Terminal, where the
baggage claim carousels are located. After claiming your baggage, you will see a tourist information
center, Airline baggage service center, and cruise ship information center. To get to our hotel, you will need
to take the escalator to level one or ground floor.
To take a taxi to the hotel, you will need to exit the glass doors.
Then you will see the Taxi stand right outside.
To take the complimentary shuttle, you will see a green sign Shuttle written on it.
Our shuttle bus is white in colour and has our hotel’s logo on it. If you still have trouble finding the shuttle stand, please
ask for assistance at the airport or call us directly at 604-278-5155. There is a phone in between the two doors.
